Just to confirm, the Shield of Delsaber does exist, and I um.. have it. Gid was so excited that I had to let him borrow the shield and buster. Basically it works like this:

Having both equipped ups your EVP 25%, and slowly as you use it, it doubles. There's also an ATP bonus.

Keen stuff, eh?

And yeah.. that's a Chao below.. O_o

chao: traded for it, can't say, didn't find, 100, yellowboze, 236 hours, yes and yes i made it.

shield: ruins, delsaber (go figure!), VH, 100, yellowboze, 236 hours, no.

the signature is not edited in photoshop, as gideon can vouch for me ('cos he won't get off my back to trade it). i've only really found three mag cells: 213, 502, and the opa heart. i traded for pian and chao.
