Can anyone make to me a .sar file because the symbol art editor dont work on my pc i will be happy if anyone did it thanks anyway :-)

There's really no easy way to make SA, it's as long and tedious as you think.

im just waiting someone to tell me that he/she will do it ik it takes time but i hope someone will do it ^^;

There isn't a converter for PC, you have to build it with the available shape in the ingame SA editor.

So the process would look something like this
