I can see I am not the only one with the 603 error problem,but the thing is that my password is written down and i memorized my username. every time i try to log in to ship 2 Ur,my game says something i don't understand (i don't speak Japanese) and then say's 603 error. I've seen some suggestions such as typing your username in only lowercase letters,which I have tried and it didn't work. I'm assuming the game just really does not want me to play.

Just in case you didn't check the errors thread.

Name for sure has to be is all lower case; make sure that you are using the right case for password, I know I've had it pop up because I forgot to turn off Caps. Also, see if you can log in here (https://cha.isao.net/profile_oem/OEMLogin.php?product_name=pso2). Worst case scenario, you have the wrong password written down.

should bring you to the sign in page

When I first started playing almost a year ago, I think I had a similar problem. Try entering your Sega ID in all lower case at the login screen. That's what fixed it for me iirc.
