US Community Status (Looking to rejoin)

So I want to get back into this game....it's been so long since I have played it. Wanted to wait in see what was going to happen with the US announcement, but nothing ever has. So if I don't care about starting over what server should I create a character on or are there any good guides out there for transferring characters to another server? Sorry if this is already buried in the forms somewhere, feel free to just post a link.

But, depending on the time you haven't played/rares you had you may want to start from scratch. Leveling is quite fast and with all the new 11-13* items your stuff may feel obsolete.

Soon you will also find out just how trolly and messed up it can also be.

Also, when you join ship2 go to B1 that seems to be the new B20 from what i've seen and been told. Many english speaking players gather there.
