(EDIT!) Holy shit, no wonder the pic is so big; it's in BMP format! Have it converted to JPG. The size change will be drastic.

You should be able to edit the picture yourself. From your computer, open Microsoft Paint and open the picture. From there, click Save As... and there should be an option at the bottom for the file format. The JPG format should be there. If it isn't, you can do the same by using Corel Photo-Paint, Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop. If all else fails, have someone do it for you.
