is it possible to send things by mail?

Hi I wanted to ask if its possible to send something with a post system?
So I mean not things like I make something in my storage and take it with a other char but send e.g. a weapon to a other char which isnt on the account of my char.

The closest thing is the Gift box that you can get at the fun shop, but I believe you need to be premium to use it, and it can only be used to transfer stuff that can be sold in My shop, not counting 10~11* gear.
