For the most part, I rode up to VH on the coat-tails of a Falz Elder farm party (as a BO/HU). Immediately regretted doing this, as it didn't feel like I'd earned any of the progress I made.

Right now I'm going back up the progression chart the way I feel like (as a FI/HU), but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't tempted to use my alt slot and restart the grind, even if it means putting SH off for like, ages.

Completed a Brisa set for melee char, pretty happy.
Then, completed a Saiki set for Force, very happy.
Obtained some specific PA/tech disc from the SH AQs, rather nice.

As for after the maintenance, MUST get that new compound tech, Fomelgion-HA!
And Immortal Dove, i guess.

Got my FI/RA and my GU/BR to SH.

Still didnt get my Evil Katana though...

I also brought my BO/GU to 70 and learned some frame data on CT windows and DB PAs, which was nice.

Grinded my Guilty Light to +20 so the ZRA potential will help my FI/RA out a good amount.

Started planning my FO/RA but that Huri Snowty or w/e the fuck that rifle is called is 31mil and I'm broke cuz crafting.

Also managed to snag a few people for Gyrus Hex since I'm more or less actively recruiting now.

sword buffs might make mission 9 in CM easier now, dunno how to feel about that. still trying to get 13520+ in CM but not going so well so far but hit 13510 last week. prolly just gonna keep playing cm, its fun running into familiar faces you run into when playing

Well I completed my Saiki set finally. One rear piece away from completing another set. Now affixing them is going to cost me lots XP

Next when the UQ comes out, I'll farm a slave db, then hopefully get some AC to reset my god awful mag. It's either that or farm 5400 more excubes.

Welp. I might as well go into detail and say it as: "what I've done since March 21st-ish". Before this large content update, I:

- Typed in pso2.jp for the near thousandth time into my web browser and had my jaw-drop when I saw the ISP was able to connect to SEGA JP servers again. O:
- Had to do a complete reinstall and make a new account due to the acc. corruption bug I suffered from waaay back when SEGA originally started the pre-patches, and me just generally not wanting to chance it by logging back into them (hence the new Player ID, Aethradon, to those who knew me as Korazenn in-game).
- Starting over from scratch...fuuunnn...
- Reveled in PSO2 glory after coming back from a year-long hiatus. *waves angry fist at DDoS attack from last year*
- Complaining about how horrible the Easter Lobby music is.
- Got back my skill after being just a tad bit rusty from not playing so long, and found a new love in BO/FI combo on my main character, Korazenn.
- Played Challenge Quest for the first time when I wasn't rusty any longer and got my CM to 162k before servers went down. Just another 18k until I get my first Ideal 13*.
- I feel like one of the few players that have the lowest level character (and only character) and their account and about to get a 13* already; I'm 26/23 on my BO/FI. =w=
- Doing Client Orders, Daily Orders, Team Orders, and unlocking new areas/difficulties while leveling and also playing through Matter Boards.
- Feeding Mag time. I have three to feed, and they all get hungry too fast for me to keep up with when I'm not going in quests.
- Accumulated over 12k in CC at the Casino Area (4.5k last night from Black Nyack).
- Dabbled in Crafting a bit (haven't explored it too much, but gonna get my feet wet after maintenance, for sure).
- A whole bunch of other stuff. x:

Seriously, I can go on forever. I'm just so glad to be back now. So thank you, SEGA and AIDA/CyberKitsune, for letting us all be able to get back into the game and helping to mitigate the ISP situation to a point where connection problems are now more likely Game Guard's fault than anything else.

I went broke on grinding some ★12 and managed to 50 elem a few of them.

I finally dropped my first ★13 but couldn't pick it up because 630s always have the worst timing.

I'm looking forward to the Fighter tweaks and the Double Saber love. Oh, and UQ Lillipa too... hopefully it'll be more fun than the current Anga farming.

Finally completed "Forsaken Aquatics" and gained enough Phantom Night Spellstones to get my Sourenge.

I also got it to +10 and unlocked it's lv. 1 potential. All I need to do now is farm enough excubes to get some Grind+30% and Grind Reduction+2 to get it to +10 two more times. On top of that I'll need a light attribute change and those are going for 7.4M at the moment. The hardest part will be getting ANOTHER 5 spellstones for another Sourenge so that I can grind it's element to 50. -_-

I can't complain too much, at least it'll be keeping me busy for a while. Other than that, I'm working on completing the matterboards too. I'm interested in finding out what the story is about. So far the chapter 1 stuff is pretty boring...But I hear Chapter 2 gets pretty good.

Any info on the new DB PA? Does it look good? Hoping it will replace my 3rd PA. Feel like the DB PA's are kinda lame personally.

-Power should be in the neighborhood of 1300 assuming both hits connect (you must be close to the target to hit with the first portion of the attack, which should be ~30% of the PA's total power notation).
-Grounds the user when used in air like gekka zokuro.
-Costs 20PP.
-Not sure how it interacts with shifta air/rabbit blade potential yet :/

Also, I'd only bother with weapons that have an easy time milking the potential like DBs, rods, and wands. Something like the bow, you're better off getting ideal.

This is the shitty part of have no luck of the draw. Last month, we did 2 days of GGG Trigger, got 5 Legs, 4 Arms no Rear. Last Saturday, we did another, I got nothing and it was boost week, I was using premium drink, my daily as at 30%, I was using 250% boost and a weapon with boost.

We could have discussions about this for months, but different people have different types of luck. I have luck in life in the sense that the little things will happen to me if I work for it while for others, they don't lift a finger and are handed luck on a silver platter.

So ya, this is the shitty part about games like this, people like me never end up randomly finding what they need, but I do get lucky by finding great deals from store if I worked enough to get the cash.

SEGA should remedy this by either allowing people to trade/sale 11* Units, 12* and 13* Weapons or making some sort of trade shop where people could give an NPC like 5X unwanted 11* Units for one they need or 3X unwanted 12-13* Weapons for one they need.

I really fking hate dispersion shrike due to cheese, and generally looking/feeling stupid, made worse by the fact it's too good at alot of things at once.

I really hate heavenly kite's launch, and climb being tied to the highest DPS blade PA.

Not free to spam distract wing on small enough targets or risk running through them if they're enough of a damage sponge...

-Crazy heart during limit break.
-Total PP refund after limit break ends.

Wands can left-click entire spawns to death after spending on 26pp on zondeel xD.

its going to be amazing for techer, i dont know what you are talking about. techers dont use wands to cast much anyway.

Wands don't use PP for normals, and their normals are the main source of damage, so Techer is actually in the best position to use it effectively, since they will rarely use techs enough for the potential to deactivate, and on the occasions they do, they can just melee to restore it.

And actually, Force would have an easy time with it considering

-Efficient recipes
-PP Charge Revival
-PP Convert
-Ketos Proi
-Saiki for easy +55 PP

+affixes, it's easy to get 200+ PP. As long as you don't do something like uncharged Namegid spam without PP Convert, you can actually reasonably stay above 50%, and with a Queen Viera or Spirit Collector GS, it's not unreasonable to restore PP quickly and generally stay above 50%. PP Convert especially makes this almost impossible not to do unless you have like, level 3 instead of 10.

Of course, that's not the same as saying Ares isn't better. Since Force has incredibly high T-ATK (particularly female Newmans with their 10% T-ATK modifier) between T-ATK Up High, access to Shifta (/Te for Shifta Advance makes this worse), Photon Flare, and rods and talises (mostly rods) having tremendous T-ATK, Slave weapons just don't add as much damage as they would for other classes and weapons, and Ares is just plain better at max PB unless your affixes are meh or something. From my calculations though, even with 520 T-ATK from affixes and every important ATK increasing skill active (like max Photon Flare), Slave weapons would still beat Ares at minimum PB in terms of damage as long as the potential is at least +300, which is pretty impressive, all things considered.

But since Force fills PB really quickly, especially with Ketos Proi, Ares is just a more natural choice for the most part, since it's easier to use, almost as effective at worst, and oftentimes more effective.

You cant use level down devices if your mag is below Lv100.

Mine is 190. Its just messed up real bad, and only has 72 satk. You can level it down once and level it up once and keep doing that, I don't see the problem other than its going to cost me 5900 excubes total.

Well, as for my experiences on PSO2, I can say that it's been wonderful so far. I only been lvling up the braver class so far. I can finally assign a subclass to my char.

PSO2 is as great as I hoped it would be. I'm disappointed that it hasn't been released in the US, but I'm willing to use the English patch and just play it on the JP server, or the SEA server. Recently, I created a support character, but I made the mistake of making her short. So I have to buy AC to make her as tall as I am.

And I honestly think that its worth the amount of AC required to make it happen.

I'm willing to take japanese, in order to continue playing on the japanese server. Should sega finally tell us whether we're going to get PSO2, I may just stay on the JP server anyway. There's enough of a EN community to stay.

Also, should sega bring PSO2 to the US/EU, they should just simply keep the japanese voiceovers on the NPCs and allow the consumer to choose which subtitles that should be used throughout the game.

Besides, during the previous games, they didn't even use voiceovers, they just used subtitles for each NPC. Sega screwed themselves by not bring the game to the USA sooner. One way or another, there's going to be a EN community in PSO2. They can't stop that.

I've checked their stock price too...1600yen a share, definitely isn't enough to keep Sega Sammy holdings (the company that owns Sega Games) in business. If they want to survive in the global economy, they need to change their business practices.

If possible, I would be playing PSO2 more so than I currently play Tera. I'm only playing that game, because I'm tired of waiting forever for Sega, and I need something to play that's like PSO2.

I keep losing interest to keep playing, mainly because lack of content that worth running.
Got burnt out of challenge quests run month a ago, seasonal EQ being unappealing, and some other stuff irl that keep cutting my free time to play PSO2.
End up afk and gets to bed until i hear EQ announcement, running magatsu, and few others EQ for entire week.

Personally i'm more anticipating free skill tree reset pass than the update content itself since i want to fix few flaws on my skill tree.

Not really sure if I'm looking forward to the New stuff really. I mean for Gu, more PP regen is great and the new PA, I still can't get a jist of what it is because it's to quick.

I am looking at that Br Katana buffs tho since I made a Br/Hu just to get back into a good Melee weapon.

Ah, about that. To expand on what Maninbluejumpsuit said, Support Partners have different sizes from players. The tallest they can get is like...130 cm? Max height for players is about 202 or something. So don't worry about this one.

I'm more interested in the FUN scratch this time around. I really like the new room theme and the accompanying furniture. I know most people probably don't get that much enjoyment out of screwing with the My Room, but redecorating has always been a good fallback for me to waste time.

I've been wondering why they didn't copy pokemon champ cynthia's do after all this time.

They barely done anything with eye-covering hairstyles outside of a few short-haired versions, and 3 short ponytails. Suzuna Long was their first, and only step outside of the box, but promptly followed by shizuru's do which tiaga referenced that honestly made me think wild pony jacked up in price somehow.

a lot of Concept art hairstyles for outfits go un-implemented for god knows why which would be a helluva lot nicer than 1 or 2 per scratch and the now ridiculous altering of current hairstyle combo's. And here I remember Sega saying they have people who read up on fashion for this game but then we get this stuff

I feel the same way...I mean...I get the fact that it's a Japanese game but I think we have enough Kimonos, Baori, and Samurai armor. ^^;

It seems like it's just a throwaway for the sake of getting a scratch out there. Buuut, I do need a light attribute change. Hopefully with them being obtainable through the scratch, the price drops a bit.

Sega, if you're hard up for hairstyle ideas, I'm just saying, give me some dreadlocks already. Or some jeri curls. Or some buzz cuts with shapes cut into them. Or, you know what? Just watch an episode of the Boondocks and copy everything you see there. That'll work just fine.

I know Vivica has the large 'fro, but there's this one too. I think it works better with male characters. But I agree that we do need more ethnic hairstyles.

I thought the whole thug thing of letting your pants droop with your boxers showing was sorta a US thing only (or thug ryfe in general) but I did not expect a JP chick to do that with her red pantsu. Though ya some of the normal ones were pretty nice especially the blue one.

Almost makes me think that Sega should have put all those outfits in the game at some point lol "there we tried! we now fasion!"

4th one down... don't get me wrong, I live in brooklyn, and have no love of that style, but it still feels like an offensive parody, or maybe that is the joke...

5th is passable I guess? If anything is redeeming about that outfit, it's the girl wearing it.

6th He looks like he just started dark souls 2.

The rest... people call the fashionable? I try to keep from bashing on someone's sense of style, but... those are eyesores. The last one... less so than the first 3. I can see something like that working.

I was trying to find the SA with the default Male Human in that Box Suit but I couldn't find it

I give credit to SEGA when they try to ARKS-ify the practical with a hard plastic/carbon fiber look, and do it right. The female bouncer outfit is pretty good... the male bouncer outfit... looks better in 2d...

I don't think this is the outfit he refer to. The female Bouncer outfit from the EP3 debut I think is the one (The one the Bouncer girl in OP4 wears)

Both bouncer outfits for females are pretty good.

The bouncer outfit the dual blade posterboy wears is a bit on the goofy side, and the male counterpart to the under-boob bouncer outfit was a bit too close to samurai armor for me to really care.

I have not yet seen lolita stuff.
