Stuck at crafting quest...

So lets starts from that I had a guide of how to deal with this task step by step. I did everything I could, upgraded & dismantled plenty of items, set the recipes and called the crafter, whatever. Went through it to the daily craft list and tried it but it wasn't completed. Tried other orders from list but couldn't pass. Thought that I'm doing something wrong and started to upgrade & dismantle items but nothing has changed.
The message says that I don't have the required recipe, how I can get this one? And perhaps this is not the case and I have to do something else?

I don't know what to and stuck on this quest, if someone can help me please :-(

You need to do a certain number of crafts before you unlock some of the recipes that Daily Crafts ask for. For this particular recipe, you need to unlock the crafting achievement Lightning Customization 4 (do 30 lv.1 Lighting tech crafts, then 10 lv.2 Lighting tech crafts).
