A wisdom tooth, also known as third molar, is one of the three molars per quadrant of the human dentition. Generally, wisdom teeth erupt between the ages of 17 and 25. Some people have four wisdom teeth (a third molar in each of the four quadrants), but it is possible to have fewer or more, in which case the extras are called supernumerary teeth. 50 is the minimum, but you'll get an EXP penalty until 55 when running EQs.

Isn't SH Raging Arms lvl 70? That would mean a penalty till lvl 60 no?

it's 15 levels down til you get the penalty

i think theres a AQ Boost today at 10am est, take advantage of that till you hit 55 if you want to get rid of that annoying exp penalty, idk if you'll be able to find people for that tho

oh and going from 70-75 is around 1.8-1.9mill exp each level but TD3 and a 75% booster will take care that in no time

And please be reasonably geared for SH. Everything at +10, no mismatched units, etc
