Sega has been receiving reports that some Items in the Item Records for the Ultimate Quest: Lillipa does not appear.

Sega has taken note of the problem and will be fixed on the later date.

Do they mean like the Slave Weapons dropping?

They'll hand out a Tri Booster or 5 Stones after maintenance

They mean that Slave weapons aren't appearing in quest records even though they do drop.
