its werid, i can access the website and update the game just fine but i get greyed out ships

isp blocks?
This is related to the actual in-game blocks (I believe it was B-01 through B-15) disappearing on Monday. (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3260109&postcount=20)

My response was to your original post of asking if it was isp blocks that the OP was talking about. You're probably just having connectivity issues. Try restarting your hardware, flush DNS, etc.

rebooted pc, Flushed dns, ran CCleaner and reset router and the issue is gone.
