Tried to boot PSO2 today and

Patches. Nothing requested an update when I booted Tweaker so I figured it was fine.

Post the spec of your PC.

Run WIndow update
Update driver to GPU and other stuff
Update Direct X
Run a File check

Updating windows will do absolutely nothing. My PC is as up to date as it's gonna get.
Drivers are as up to date as they're going to get as well.
I'm pretty sure I can't update Direct X.

Will run file checks & see what turns up.

Try doing the "fix gameguard errors" thing in the tweaker and turning off the item patch. Thats a GG error, not a PSO2 error, so I doubt a file check would do anything.
