So I love all phantasy star games and bought a ps vita just for PSO2 properly the best idea of my life only problem I'm having is, where to find photon arts and where to buy weapons :-/ it's hard to find your way round a Japanese game and I'm sure in 6 months time I'll be able to read fluent Japanese but for now I need help.

If there are any websites out there with walk throughs I'd love to have them.

There are English patches you can install using PSO2Tweaker that'll translate the UI and item names if you wanted an easy solution.
Other than that, buying weapons and PAs would probably best be done from the Visiphone (has an icon above it that looks like a purple questionmark).
You can access the player market from there.
