Challange Mode-In ULT mode???

I was on a PSO(Private Server)Playing my GC version of PSO and while in lobby 1 I saw two BB players talking about playing challange mode on ULT mode.My question is did BB have this option or could this be a private server coustom thing?This is not something i had ever heard of until recently.

I think it just limits those that can join to those that are 80+. I created a Challenge room on Ultimate the other day.
