Ship transfer and other stuff.

I've heard you can transfer one character to another ship for free once per account, is that true?
Let's say i've got 2 characters on X ship and i want a 3rd one, so i make a new char on some random ship and transfer it to X ship, would that work?

And as a variety question, it is possible to wear 3 accesories of the same type?, because i saw this (http://i.imgur.com/t9wFv4T.png) and was like "i want to do that too!!"

I've never recall a Ship transfer ever being free.

And yes you can wear three at the same time.

That's weird because when i equip a Blue Onibi it will show alright, but then i equip a Green Onibi in other slot it will replace the blue one, so i'll have both equiped but only the green one is showing.
It is a glitch on my end?

It's because they're showing in the exact same spot. You have to move one to the side with the corresponding option.
