Server connection timed out?

I get this everytime i want to log into a server, i'm using the PSO2 Tweaker btw.

are you in a place that requires a proxy (such as south east asia)?

typically, if you can access pso2.jp, you should be able to access the game just fine. you can try choosing "other tasks -> revert pso2proxy settings to jp" if you've ever used the proxy in the past and mind have an invalid address entered into it.
