Do you have yourself set on that sub? Braver is arguably a lot more convenient to use for the same purpose essentially with pluses like access to banish arrow and katana combat finish.

If you were going to make a sub tree, you could go with something like this fighter tree:

Bottom stuff really comes down to preferences since its all situational, but that's a sample which takes in some of the more useful fighter skills such as the slayers.

...although honestly I wouldn't recommend fighter as a general sub for force at this point in the game.

Edit: Wise stance over some of the bottom bonuses is also a choice although brave stance is by far more useful for general play. It depends a lot on what you see yourself doing.

Because Te or Br are better subs depending on the situation. FoFi is just not worth it anymore... hasn't been for a while.

BR pumps out more (weak stance), doesn't suffer from front-back stances and has access to Banish Arrow for better bossing damage.

I mean it's not "bad", but it's not great either since BR does the same thing but better.

The problem with fi as a sub aside from what's already been stated relates back to what I was saying; a lot of fi's damage bonuses are situational at best. Its not like you can gain the benefits of limit break either which is one of the big draws of the fi a lot of the time. Even brave stance relies on a much more stringent condition than the more obvious fo subs.

Yes, with fi's multipliers its theoretically possible to do a bit more damage than br sub fo. Is it reasonable to use in comparison to fote and fobr for general use? Maybe if you're masochistic and enjoy frustration. Even then, your potential for more damage is really pretty low while the potential damage you'll often lose from the more convenient multipliers on the other subs is nearly as much or more without anything close to the same issue of consistency.

Even if you factor in all of Fighter's skills, it still doesn't come close to Braver if you also factor in Banish Arrow's effective "multiplier".

zondeel + limit break sounds like a sweat deal.

isn't limit break main class only?

It also only affects striking damage.

If you want Limit Break + Zondeel, then FI/BO is the answer. LOL
