Does the potential or Lucky Rise have any effect in PSO2es? Nvm, found it finally, answer is NO, potentials and affixes are ignored.

That aside, I heard potentials just don't exist in PSOes.

Doubt it works, since all the other potentials are ignored in PSO2es.
Though can't say for sure.
