To be fair, the prices probably do need to be adjusted due to them being the same since the EXCube shop was first implemented, but there was definitely a time when cubes weren't the easiest things to acquire, and you probably could amass 10000 FUN before you ever got 6 cubes, and even then you had to debate on whether or not it was worth spending 6 cubes on a rare boost that only lasted 30 minutes...
