Should drop from any Capture code (red).

Um, you can get those from EXQ too ..... JP wiki listed it as drops on floor 51-55 (52-54 to be specific) and 65-70 of Aquatics.

Btw, you can also get +10 PP by crafting random leg unit :o no need to wait for drops, not to mention it can gives more defense too.

Unless you want it for looks, of course.
