If you want my advice, to familiarize yourself with all of the areas and enemies, do all of the ARK quests and Free Fields as they are unlock. Rise and repeat for all difficulties. Not only will this give you cash, EXP and items, but you will have enough practice and experience for Extra Hard when doing Emergency Quests with others.
