Trying to find an accessory?

So I saw this arm shield thing in a screenshot and cannot find it for the life of me. The only things I could find for shield were ショルダーシールド and フォトンシールドR/L but they're not quite it, so just wondering if anyone knows. (also apologies if I post in wrong place haven't been on forums in a while).

If talking about the blurry black/purple shield, it's a unit from Zieg, not an accessory.
