Help! Trying to find Body Paint Name!

Hello! I recently just saw someone walking around with body paint resembling that of Iza-Ogar/Ado-Ogar from Shironia. It had the same patterns and everything. At first, I was surprised to know that it even existed, and I even tried looking on Cirno and SWiki for it, but didn't find a thing. I couldn't ask the person wearing it, because he was Japanese and he was AFK at the time. I really want to know if you guys have seen this before, because I really want it! Thanks in advance!

Also, from what I recall, that is indeed on Cirnopedia. I was just looking at body paints yesterday and saw it on there.
