Switching Episodes

I made a new character and after the first (not prologue) mission when you're initially told to go to the shop area, I accidentally started the story in Episode 3 and was wondering if there is a way to return to Episode 1 without just deleting the character?

You can switch back to Episode 1 at anytime you want, just pick EP1 matterboard on Arks Lobby.

For information: by switching back to EP1, you won't lose your progress on EP3, same concept as class leveling.

Note that the lobby NPCs won't update until you change blocks.
For example, Echo will switch her costume after you change blocks.
