HP sponge Ranger is bad build. You can pretty much go glass cannon and do 2-3m+ grenade shell hits. Tech Art JA work on Ranger weapon conjuct well piercing shell/one point, Aegis shield is still very good after nerf.

I know his grenade shells were sub-optimal, but the surprising part is the lack of Tech Arts JA skill+affix that he could have used with this TMG dps combo.
