Getting black screen after OP movie

I've uninstalled all English patches and I still get black screen after the op movie. I think it might have something to do with an windows update. I don't use windows defender. It's in fact, disabled.

Hey, this happens usually with bad files. If you're using the Tweaker search for PSO2 Updates or "Find Missing/Deleted Files" until Vanilla PSO2 is 100% working and then you should be able to launch PSO2 after installing the patches via tweaker.

I'm trying another file check through the vanilla launcher. Funny thing, it was working fine this morning. If this doesn't work, downgrading to Win8 :x

I encountered this problem before, when I was doing a clean PSO2 installation on Windows 10. In my case, it turns out that the launcher had everything set to lowest, so I had to turn them up for PSO2 to work.

Haven't had a problem since then.
