Launcher constantly wants to scan files?

Anyone getting an issue where the JP PSO2 client constantly wants to scan files? Every other day, when I want to launch PSO2, it keeps bringing up the pop up to start scanning my files. It is rather annoying but I am curious if there is anything that is causing it.

Sometimes I do use the tweaker so I am curious if that is causing the regular launcher to flip out.

The Eng patch is causing it now from what I've heard. You'll have to use Tweaker unless the people in charge of that thing feel like doing something about it.

The grossly simplified version of it is, the official launcher now checks for a specific file (d5480a26b3dea3dda37abd1b61fb47cd) that is required for the English Patch. The patch team said that since you can still play the game through the Tweaker, they aren't going to prioritize trying to fix the issue with the official launcher.
