I was bored, so I compiled this list. Nothing substantial. None have descriptions, so you have to infer from their names. Many of these are probably not likely to be implemented.

Hunter:
-Tons of debug skills and skills that outright belong to other classes. Sega likely just dumped skills onto Hunter whenever they wanted to test something.
-AntiBind/AntiBurn/AntiPoison (Note: These are different than the Guard Stance <status> skills)

Allows you to detonate your Gilnas.

By the way, the whole female = victim thing is a reference to someone around here complaining that the cute SD fanart of girlified bosses was turning them into "victims".

Or they could just make bullet keep work with anything anyway. I don't see why it has to be limited to certain weapons.

I assume Hunter's unused HoldDiffence skill applies a damage reduction to incoming damage while you're using grab PAs.

Most of these skills have been in data since EP2 release iirc.

A shame Sega takes their sweet ass time, some sound interesting

Well, I know I would totally use the Victim and VictimBomb skills I described.

I didn't comment on the other stuff like Bullet Keep because it's pretty obvious it should have applied to Gunslash from the beginning.
Obvious to everyone except the geniuses at SEGA, anyway.

HP drain for Bouncers, as if Megiverse is not a thing?

I'd rather have an HP steal skill for Limit Break. Even if it's twice as weak as Celestial Bullet it could protect you from being swallowed by trash mobs from all sides while still keeping OHKO risk for bigger mobs and bosses.

Well the thing about Megiverse is that you have to cast it, so you have to expend precious PP and frame data.

HP Drain circumvents that which is technically more ideal.

Also no thanks @ HP drain for limit break.

Let's not centralize FI around LB even more than it already is. <_<

There's already a Bo weapon set that has a chance to proc hp drain on hits, so it's really not that out there, not to mention it would mean you don't have to stop to cast megiverse in the first place. If it's main class only though I doubt anyone would want to drop crit strike for it. >_>

Yeah. That skill would be amazing for FI/BO. Built in Megiverse pretty much 100% of the time to use with Limit Break! But knowing SEGA, it'll most definitely be main-class-only. And also tied to Critical Field, even...

Interesting.
AntiStatus sounds like flat status prevention or at least resistance.

GiantKilling sounds totally like a damage boost when struggling with a new coa - I mean when fighting a boss.

Boostkilling sounds like maybe a damage boost for boosted enemies, goes along with the rare enemy boost.
Fi would probably get some mad multipliers on a rare boosted boss XD

I guess BreakMaster was moved to bouncer then.
And Airstrike as well but with a shifta condition slapped onto it. I'd really like to see this come back to fi without shifta condition.

OneMoreTrap sounds like the current state of the manga indus - I mean sounds like it was made obsolete by traps not needing items anymore.

BulletKeepGunslash indeed would be epic.

Concentrate might just have been an obsolete version of standing snipe though.
Engineer would probably boost traps/grenades.

SRollJustAttackKeep might bo something that keeps your JA boost as long as you continue chaining pas with ja.

DanceTime sounds kinda like showtime.

Now it starts to look like Sega was just too lazy to remove the alpha versions of skills instead of simply renaming them to their current name.
Or they actually had started on implementing them in a way that's not compatible with what we have now.

VictimBomb and Victim sound weird. I can't think of anything.

Concentrate might just have been an obsolete version of standing snipe though.

In Phantasy Star Nova, Concentrate is the name of the skill which increases damage when hitting the same weakpoint over and over.

Pinhead Snipe, a weaker version, increases damage when hitting the same area over and over, including non-weakpoints
