Stuck on Episode 1 story

I have completed matter board 10 and 11 and both story quest but can't unlock matter board 12, i did do a search and the only info I can come up with is don't kill any dragonkin in the last story quest with hadred, which i have done numerous times and xion still won't give me a new matterboard.... All of the yellow nodes are completed too can anyone help?

Did you do all variations of "the Final Goodbye"? The crown next to the quest should be full. If yes, play "Beginning of the End" again.

The crown is full yes, do i need to do anything special in the beginning of the end then?

I am not entirely sure, but the way I remember it, if you meet the requirements then you will automatically have a new version of the quest as soon as you start it.

IIRc there is no 1-12, after 1-11 starts 2-1.
