FanFic: What is True and What is Falz? Chapter 6 part 1

Chapter 1

The man woke to see a HUcast's face inches from his own. He jerked up, hit the floating screen with the HUcast's face on it, and fell of the couch that he was sleeping on.
"Get up quick, Shadow!" said the HUcast.
"Mmph umph phup um." said Shadow, his face covered by a pillow.
"What?", asked the HUcast. Removing the pillow from his face, Shadow said,"Don't do that again, Night." He sat up groggily, running a hand through his long, white hair.
"I apologize for waking you but there's an emergency." said Night."If you look outside you'll see what part of the problem is."
Shadow got to his feet and went to the window. Then he opened the blinds.
"Oh, CRAP!", he exclaimed when he looked out over the city. A giant black hole like thing was hanging over the city except it consisted of red and purple.
"That's not all. About an hour ago an explosion occured in the Principal's office and the creatures from Ragol came through the teleporter. We don't know how many there are.",explained Night," We think this might have something to do with Falz."
" Damn. Allright, go get Echo, Blade, Tank, and anyone else you can find." said Shadow as he got up to change.
"Okay." said Night and the holo screen went blank.
"This is gonna be a long night.", said Shadow to himself as he got ready.

Allright. Before I actualy finish Chapter 2 I'm gonna give a description of the characters I'm using in Ch 2 that are mine. i'm not gonna give them descriptions during the story cause I don't do very good at judging my own chars.
Echo: Has green hair and is basically the default HUnewearl except for the hair change.
Night: See pic
Shadow: White hair, white skin and wears black, HUmar
Blade: Wears default clothes, black hair, RAmar
PaperWEIGHT: Black afro, black skin, black suit, HUmar

All other people who wanted to have their characters in the fic will be described during the story.

Tank is my friends char so I'll describe him in story.

Well here's Chapter 2. Hope it lives up to your expectations.

Chapter 2

A he got ready, Shadow remininsed about all that had happened in the four years since his friends and he had defeated Dark Falz. The goverment had deemed Ragol unsafe as long as most of the creatures were still alive. Hunters were constantly being hired on seek and destroy missions to eliminate the more dangerous creatures. So everybody stayed on Pioneer 2, hoping for the all clear sign.
Shadow grabbed his double saber, stashed some weapons and items into his storage space, equipped his MAG and left.
When he walked outside he was shocked.
" I guess we didn't do such a good job on the missions.", said Shadow to himself. All around, buildings were wrecked, some on fire, some just rubble. The ones left standing weren't in great condition, either. He heard the clink of something hard on metal and turned. Three sinow Beats rounded a corner and advanced on him.
He turned on his double saber and got ready. The first one leaped forward and brought it's arm down to strike Shadow. He jumped, placed a foot on the Sinow's broad shoulder, and kicked it in it's glass eye with the other foot, shattering circuits and instantly shutting it down. Then the second Sinow jumped.
As it landed, Shadow flipped over it's head and pierced it with his double saber, but was knocked out of the air by the last one. He landed on his back and dropped his weapon. Right as the Sinow Beat lifted it's arm for the final blow, a black blur shot past and slashed the Sinow Beat in half. As the Beat fell, the blur stopped moving and there stood PaperWEIGHT, minus his sunglasses.
"Thanks.", said Shadow as PaperWEIGHT helped him to his feet." ANy later and I would've been wasted."
" No problem. The others will be here in a few minutes.", replied PaperWEIGHT. Shadow saw four figures through the smoke. He saw blade, tank, Night, and Echo.
"Hey guys.", he said"Where are the others?"
" We found out that some of the survivors from the first wave of creatures teleported to the Lab sector of Pioneer 2. They upgraded the teleporter there so none of the creatures or robots from the planet could get through. It's the safe haven left.", ansewered Night.
" We have to reach the teleporter before the power stops running here.", explained Echo."Otherwise we could be stuck here."

Hey people. Sorry I haven't updated this for a while. Been having problems with Microsoft Word and all my story got erased and now none of it will save and I've also been very busy but now I can start working onit again

I like it so far--it's good to see a generally short chapter fic compared to some of the novels you see on here (*COUGH* not my story though!).

Keep it up, and good luck getting MS word back into gear (I would suggest you use wordpad).

Hmmm chapter 3 it very short....
If you want people to give you characters do you want them PMed to you? Hikosaka tends to get annoyed when people post their characters profiles in fictions instead of the character bank.

If you are recruiting, then I have just the guy... he's going to be out of a job soon so this'll be perfect.

Chapter 3

"Well shouldn't we get going then?" piped in Tank.
"Ya," replied Shadow."Night, where's the nearest teleporter to the Lab."
"It's in the Lobby so we need to head towards the Hunter's Guild," ansewered Night. Shadow nodded. "Ok, let's move out." The trek to the Hunter's Guild was surprisingly unhindered. When they reached the Bank they found out why.
Almost every creature from every section of Ragol were standing right next to the Guild door motionless, as if daring them to come closer. Shadow pulled out his Double Saber and looked towards the others." You guys ready for this?" They all nodded and pulled out there weapons.
They all charged into the crowd of monsters which became very active. Night was quickly dogpiled by Boomas and Gil Sharks and lost his Red Saber. He slammed his fists through two Boomas directly on top of him and ripped out there hearts, then covered himself with them as he set a trap and waited.
BOOM! Booma and Gil Shark parts flew everywhere in a bloody rain.
PaperWEIGHT was being chased by a Grass Assasin. He ran towards a wall, jumped, flipped of the wall and landed on the creature's back. "AW Shit!" he cried as the Grass Assasin started bucking up and down. Paper WEIGHT grabbed it by it's head and stabbed it through it's eye wit his DB Saber, causing it to rear back in a death throw and fling PaperWEIGHT over the edge of the platform which he grabbed on to with one hand."Damn it!"
Tank opened the door which Night, Blade and Echo ran through. Shadow rna to help PaperWEIGHT up. Just then a Hildebear slammed the door mechanism, causing the doors to close. Tank and Night grabbed a sliding door and held them open. Blade picked of any of the creatures that got to close while Echo used her frying pan? to pummel any creatures that reached the doors.
Shadow grabbed PaperWEIGHT's arm just as he lost his grip and pulled him up. Tank's hold was slipping.
"Hurry!" yelled Echo. PaperWEIGHT and Shadow ran and tripped due to the various body parts on the ground, and landed in a massive puddle of blood causing them to slide through the doors just as they slammed shut. The both stood up breathing hard.
"All right!" said PaperWEIGHT."Who's up for round two!" They all stared at PaperWEIGHT sternly. "Okay, okay," said PaperWEIGHT.
"We better get going," said Blade. They all headed through the teleporter, rand across the lobby and stood in the other teleporter. Shadow pushed a button on his wrist communicator(or whatever it is) and they all warped.

Chapter 4

They all arrived at the lab sector looking down the barrels of five rifles. Slowly, the soldiers holding the rifles lowered them as a man wearing baggy camo pants and a brown shirt stepped forward. "My names Sergeant Kisaw and you should do as I say OR DIE! Eh hem, now move to the other evacueys." Suddenly a loud yell was heard over the crowd of evacueys as they saw five soldiers fly through the air. They watched as a Humar with spiky black hair fought against a large group of soldiers as they tried to hold him back. "Let me at 'em!" he was yelling as he struggled.
Sergeant Kisaw sighed."Not again." A large black Racast stepped out of the crowd and picked up the Humar by the shoulder. The Humar tried to bite the Racast's hand then kicked the Racast in the chest.
The Racast pressed a finger to the Humar's neck and he went limp. Soldiers quickly grabbed the Humar and carried him off. The evacueys were then given directions to report to certain areas based on their section id's. Shadow and the rest of them went towards the Redria area and a soldier told them that a temporary area was made for them aboard one of the smaller ships following Pioneer 2 while the creatures were being exterminated and buildings were rebuilt. They were then directed to a teleporter which they all entered and teleported to the Redria ship. They were all given housing as long as they had seven people to a apartment which meant ,although the apartments were big, there would be much uncomftorbleness(is that a word?). Shadow noticed the black Racast didn't seem to have anyone room with so asked him if he wanted to join their's so they had seven. Of course he accepted.
" By the way my names BOC.", he said as he held out his hand. Shadow took it and then gave a look of pain as his hand was almost crushed." My names Shadow. That's Echo, PaperWEIGHT, Tank, Night, and Blade. By the way could you let go of my hand cause I might need to be able to use it again." They were shown to the apartments. When they got through the door they looked around. "Hey, this isn't that bad." said PaperWEIGHT as he ran through the rooms. " As long as somebody brought beer.", then he looked at all their faces. " Wait you can't mean to tell me you didn't bring beer. NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
" It wasn't exactly a top priority as we were ESCAPING A CITY FULL OF MONSTERS!" yelled Echo. She then walked up to him and whacked him over the head with her frying pan. " Hay don't worry, I always have a spare supply," said BOC as he opened up a chest compartment and pulled out tons of bottles. Then BOC, PaperWEIGHT, Night and Tank started to grab bottles." Just don't drink the stuff in the blue bottle." but it was too late as Night already downed to of them. He stood up and almost instantly tripped over his own feet.
"Crap. Are you drunk." asked Echo.
"Bite my shiny metal ass." was the ansewer she recieved.

End Chapter 4

Allright I know this has gotta be the worst chapter in the story but it was just ment to show how they solved the housing problem and show that androids can get drunk.

Wow this thread's been around 4 a while. Mostly your work is an acceptable level to average reading standards, but the grammar is a downfall. If I where you I would read through a few times if you have no acess to a spell checker to catch those simple throw-offs.

I would start constructing a more solid plot as well, so far a bunch of guys have slaughtered some creatures and then drank a bunch of beer, and its been 4 chapters. True that you had a lot of characters to introduce but still we need something stable here.

Chapter 5

"YOU IDIOT! YOU RUINED MY FRO!". Night looked back at PaperWEIGHT. "Sorry! AAAAHHHH!", he screamed as PaperWEIGHT swung his Gigush. BOC and Tank laughed as they watched this while Blade, Shadow, and Echo ate breakfest.
"Told you not to give him the daggers, Blade. But nnnnooooo, you just had to them to him.", scolded Echo. "He was very persuasive.", complained Blade. "Oh, lay off, honey sweety pie.", said Shadow who then went flying out of his seat.
" I told you not to CALL ME THAT!", yelled Echo, making PaperWEIGHT forget about the hole in his hair and run into one of the bedrooms in fear. She advanced on Shadow with her frying pan held high. Normally Shadow would have ended up in the hospital but he was saved by a call on the holo screen. It was one of the Hunter's Guild receptionists.
"Hello. This is a message sent to us by the Lab, asking for Shadow and anyone in his party to come to the Lab sector. Thank you and have a great day."
" Well lets go then." said Tank. "Shut up. That's my line." said Shadow. Shadow then apologized to Echo while PaperWEIGHT threw some Miracle Grow in the hole in his fro and grew his hair back. Then they leaped through the door in a heroic fashion but got stuck as they all jumped through the doorway at the same time.

Chapter 6 part 1


"Hello. I'm Natasha Milarose, General Chief of Pioneer 2 Research Facilities, or LAB. We have called you all here for a quest.", said the red haired woman behind the desk. Aside from Shadow's group there were some hunters they had never seen before. They were all in a large room on a balcony, overlooking the Labs main control room, a large window with Ragol in view directly behind them.
"We've recently received a message from someone on the surface in this area.", spoke the woman, pointing to a large map behind her. " This is Gal De Val island. The person who sent the signal was a member from Pioneer 1. We were under the impression that, even before the explosion, he was dead. We have picked you, hunters of great reknown, to search for him."
A hunter near the back of the group spoke up. "Why don't you send the military?", he asked. Natasha smiled. "This isn't a goverment quest. This is a private undertaking by the Lab. This is because of certain... military incompetence.". A FOmar in blue clothing raised his hand. "What about the four person party?".

"We have modified the computer so it will allow as many people with authorization to enter the Lab teleporter. Now before you can start the quest we have to run a series of tests. Proceed to the left and talk to my assistant for details.", she replied as she motioned towards a desk next to hers. The man standing there looked ignorant, just ignorant.
"You will be taking two tests to see if your skills are advanced enough to fight the considerably stronger and smarter creatures. These tasks will be difficult and I wouldn't be suprised if you all fail.", he said in a sneering tone. PaperWEIGHT got ticked off. "Have you ever been punched in the face for talking to much?", he said coldly. The man gulped.
"The entrance to the test area is down the stairs and to the left. When you're done come back and speak with Ms. Milarose.", he said pointing to a pair of sliding glass doors. As the group walked down the stairs, Night was talking with a hunter on his right. "'I won't be suprised if you all fail' my shiny metal ass!". The hunter nodded in agreement. " Somebody, and I'm not saying names, should beat the crap out of him. By the way my names Logical2U.".
"I'm Night. Hold on and I'll be back in a second.", he replied as he went over to PaperWEIGHT and whispered something to him. Then they walked back over to Logical2U.
"What do you suppose they're doing?", Echo asked BOC.
"Does it realy matter?", he said irritatedly as every body was pack uncomfortably into the teleporter. Then they warped.

Heh, the chars I use in most RPGs come from my name in exactly the same way as yours, only mine are called Shadow and Vince. >_>

as life has sped by and I've moved on to bigger and better things, I had come to forget about this story. However, this will change very soon as I am planning to start writing again, my writers block removed by study of English and a new work ethic. So if your still interested then stay tuned.
