Been gone for 2+ years, what to do 1st?

You should do Xie's COs to fill out the bingo board, and also make sure you have all the areas opened up. (by doing Koffee's COs, which was mentioned) You also might want to consider switching your Matter Board to Episode 3, not only has it been tied to all of the current bingos, but there's a lot of nice items to collect from it.

Do time attack quests every week, they can net you over 1 million every week per character. Best to find someone to do it with to clear them faster and easier. Using the meseta, you might want to purchase much better weapons and units that you can stick with up to level 70+.

Klotho doesn't just have TACOs, he also has 3 weekly COs for XQs that total to another 800k, as well as giving you 3 XQ passes for using 5, so if that's all you do for XQs you won't have to worry about running out.
