Forgot Account Information

Hey guys, I'm having a little trouble with changing the email on my account. I know my original email and password, but I've completely forgotten my surname/date of birth/security question. Is there any way I can go to get that information or get it changed?

That date of birth is really important. Can't access your Sega ID management page without it.

Why the email change? If you can log in (assuming) ok there's no need for that info. If you sign in on a different PC you'll still get the code on the original email, unless it's one of those that are no good like hotmail IIRC :-?

I wrote that info hand ridden in somewhere I don't even remember where I put it when I signed up years ago, lol.^^;

What they said, if you can't remember the name and DOB, it's likely that it will be impossible to even get your account back. Best way is to just write your info or just copy and paste it through Dropbox or google drive to hold all of your PSO2 information really
