Is OTP messed up yet again? (No. 659)

I keep getting the No. 659 error almost instantly when I try putting in the OTP.
I'm not sure if it's just me or not.
If it's just me, I'm not sure why it's doing this.

Something tells me when they add the storage expansion in January that I'm turning off OTP for good.
Missing in my early login stamps/tickets/passes and I guess I'm not getting any Zieg done this week as it's way pass the time I usually do them.

Hopefully it's fixed within the next 5 hours so I can at least TA.

Also, can you get your account locked when OTP is having issues?

I don't really want that to happen so if it is, then I'll wait a few days for the problems to settle.

I really, really hope the OTP issues don't arise again once the new EQ's like Double and PD comes out in a few days.

Scary thing was: I activated OTP for just 30 minutes, to sort out item into the OTP storage, and this was 1 hour before this problem occured. Removing it saved me from missing some EQs (2 magatsu, 2 profound, 1 ToT) =w=)b
