Won't start the launcher ...

Hi!

So basically, everytime I open the pso2.exe it'll load for 1-2 seconds and then says "I downloaded the latest version of the launcher. And then resart." When I click the only button, the return (戻る) button, I get an error message saying "has cancelled the launch of pso2updater.exe. file is not updated." After I click ok, it closes.

This happens every time: I tryed re-install it, same; I tryed installing with an english installer, same. It has been like this for at least 8 months (well, since I first tried it).

If you have a solution, please tell me

Have you tried using the Tweaker? Even if you don't want to use it as a launcher, it does have a troubleshooting option to fix pso2.exe errors.
