What was the highest level you could achieve in PSU

Last I remember I was reading something about lvl180 on the Japanese servers, I don't ever recall reading anything about lvl200 anything. I checked PSUPedia and couldn't really find my answer.

Level 180 was the cap on both JP and US/EU.

IIRC, after 180 was the GAS system which was meant to be more of an end-game leveling focus to add special customizations to your class. Not sure why they didn't decide to raise the cap to 200. It's possible they didn't because everything was already overkill and being near the end of PSU's life, it didn't seem worth it to either rebalance/raise difficulty.
