It seems like this is always the case. Every outfit needs to be saturated with detail, so that even if most of it is pretty nice, there's at least one eye sore to it.

It's more like, a lot of outfits are pretty generic fanfare for all these games.
The designer desperately wants to make them unique, so they try to slap something unique on.
That always tends to ruin the outfit because the generic fanfare was fine as is. That's why it's generic fanfare.

And yeah, I was also wondering why bother with such a similar dress.
The stupidest part is all the colors have the same ugly red shoes. They just couldn't be bothered recoloring them.

Zeno's. It actually has all the visual effects a gunslash can make use of, and it has good sounds, cool normal attack visuals, and all of its visual effects look good, honestly.

Sega ruined the collabo uniform outfit, AGAIN, by giving.them super floaty skirts.
The last scratch (7Dragon one?) Female uniform also has the same skirt physique, ruining the outfit totally for me (Sega with the pantyshot fetish =w=;;)

I actually wasn't even including the collabs. I DO however include the outfits that are are school uniform inspired but not necessarily meant to be school uniforms like the ARKS Trainee Uniforms, Pop Score, and and Emilia Repca.
