sticky movements

I recently updated my PSO2 and started playing but the only thing I keep getting is stuck auto movement when I barely move my mouse not even my controller is working right I'm on a Windows 10 64bit I never had that issue on 32bit edition so what is it I have to do to get this to work?

Like, your mouse moving on it's own?
If it is, disable high DPI scalling and use Win7/8 compatibility mode to run PSO2.

oh another thing....sorry to bug but how do I disable to DPI scalling

So the problem was DPI scaling?
