Okay, so I use to buy AC off of pso2es with google play cards, but one day my phone fell into the lake and i was unable to retrieve the 16 digit code to transfer my account. So I tried downloading bluestacks and got an email sent with the 16 digit code in it, but when I enter the code it gives me and error (https://gyazo.com/1d6879a07b8c33263d5c50ccbf8ab49f) So I feel like im at a dead end. I also tried to buy web money through arks-layer but after almost a week of not receiving my code I decided to get it refunded. I know it's my dumbass fault for not writing down the code in the first place, but why is there even an option to send a new one to your email when i type it in it just gives me that error? I love this game and I really feel like its unplayable without premium. Someone out there, please help :sad::sad::sad::sad:
