I haven't checked lately, but I know there was some banning going on by Sega. I was on just last night (12/12), but suddenly this morning (12/13) I can't get on PSO2, nor does the pso2.jp site work, complete with the 249 Error. I'm on CenturyLink/Qwest.

Well, I'm on CenturyLink, too, and experiencing the same problem... This is annoying...

Seems like the problem has been resolved. Works good for me now.
