A Question bout Matter Board?

Good morning, i want to ask.
1. Are the Matter Board in the room (Event Chronicle) is complete?
2. Do i need to watch the sub-events to? Does it affects the story?

1. The Event Chronicle in your room is only complete for Episodes 1 and 2 from the start. Anything else from Episode 3 has to be personally seen by you to unlock.
2. You never need to watch the sub events. They're like...small side story things for a little character development. But they're never necessary to progress through the story.
