Did SEGA released a book about the story or anything like that ? Or does a website with full story exist ? thanks

You can view the story scenes in your room terminal, "Event Chronicles". Only episode 1 and 2 will be fully unlocked for everyone, episode 3 requires you to have viewed those scenes before to see them again.

Got ep 1 done already and ep 2 cha 1 + 2.
In the middle of ep 2 ch 3 atm. Seems like the translator aren't interested in translating some Huey scenes there they forgot so I'm about to translate them myself and see how far I get.
