Are these (and others) supposed to be English? I used the PSO2 Tweaker for Arks Layer and installed all English patches and story. Many parts in the game are still not in English however. Any help?

items names are in plugins section of tweaker, stuff that is irrevelant is usually not translated

no idea, but it doesn't really matter, that function is shitte, if you want good units check cirnopedia

most units will cost you 1050 meseta from player shops
