Help with registration

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make an account on the Japanese server of PSO2.
I was through the 3rd stage where I had to enter the captcha and got to the page where I must review the data. After I clicked something it never took me to the 4th step, so I was unable to make a PSO2 account.

I have a SEGA account but not a PSO2 account and I don't know how to get back to that 4th step of making a account to play on PSO2.

Can someone please help me?

After made account, you should be taken to account management page, it contain so much SEGA PC title, there's should be Phantasy Star Online 2 and a link button to link your SEGA ID to PSO2.
