Questions regarding Ares weapons

1) Do they drop from the current Level Quest Anga?
2) Is it only XH, or can the SH version drop Ares too (Apparently Lv71+ drops the weapons so I'd assume SH would drop them)
3) What's the drop rate at base?
4) Does Dio Hunar spawn anywhere other than Xmas 4?
5) How many of the Dio Hunar items do you need to cash in for an Ares weapon?

Currently using an Ideal Rod, looking to grab myself an Ares Rod/Talis.

1) LQ drop rates for stones/13* will be much shittier than any UQ
2) no idea, but i really, really doubt the stones would drop in SH
3) no one knows and until server software gets compromised by someone no one ever will, you can though compare the drop rates by checking the quest log, as a relation point you can use some affixes, right off my head i can't remember any good anchor
4) no
5) for a 60 element ares weapon you need 180 stones(60 stones for each copy that comes with 20 light), i think at best he drops from 0 to 3 stones, anga can drop up from 0 to 5 apparently, rare drop rate boosters affect the stone chance

you really should avoid the LQ as no one plays it anyway

1. Yes, they do. However, they do not drop Ares Stones which you can trade in for any Ares weapon of your choice of 20 light element. 60 is required for the trade-in. Stones only drop from level 76+
2. XH only.

Thanks. I didn't know Anga dropped the stones too. Do they always drop or should I stack some Tris and Rare boosts when I go Anga hunting?

EDIT: Also, what is the japanese name for these stones? Wanna make sure I know which ones are which and can put them aside.

5) Dio is not the only one dropping Ares stones - Anga drops them too (I heard the rates are only decent at lv80, so LQ might not be an option). You can just keep doing Ultimate to get them. 60 stones give you a 20-element weapon, so for max element you need 180. Generally Anga drops 2 stones at average.

Using 250% RDR alone will suffice, and Anga drops 0-6 stones at a time.

So far every Deo hunar I fought dropped me some stones.
Not a single Anga I fought after we got ares stones dropped me one. While it can apparently drop more total, the drop rate seems to be considerably lower than for Deo Hunar.
I killed all Angas and all hunars with 250% rdr + 100% triboost.
