Help for newest tweaker and item translate

Hi im here to ask something simple: i dont know how to translate items with the new version (tweaker 3.0.6.6) because i dont find the shebang to check, before it was "item translation" but now he disappeared... he was under the shebang: "alwais on top"

someone can help me pls? :-)
