Other information: We generally do voice chat on Discord when we play, but it’s not a requirement (Feel free to ask them for how to connect with the discord channel via PM/Whisper). We don’t require you to have top level gear; we’re more than willing to help you get there if you’re trying to get better gear. We’re not super huge on who has the most DPS at any given time, but we do ask that you refrain from being too experimental during important runs. Otherwise, mostly a for fun team, that happens to like to grind, and also play dressup and eat stones.

Our team is very diverse in it's player base, we have members from all over the globe, which I love, because there is always some people online, no matter what time of day it is, we have some players from Japan, Europe, Various parts of Asia, South America, and North America.

I try to keep up on keeping the team very active, removing innactives after not seeing them for quite some time etc, this helps keep our team healthy and alive, which you can see from our presence on the team leaderboards.

We usually host Team MPA's for most major EQ's majority of the time 2 MPA's are made 24/24, sometimes even 3 MPA's happen 36/36. Players in the team try to run AQ's, Taco's, DO's, XQ's, and various other things with each other, and every month or 2 I try to hold team meetings on the weekend to keep people involved with whats going on and just to have some fun, taking screen pics, brainstorming on idea's or thoughts to improve team interaction. It's something very fun to do, and many people enjoy these.

The application can be accessed by joining the site, it will auto force the application, my managers and myself all vote on who joins this way, our requirements to join are very easy to meet, but we are very strict on them being met, if there is problems with the info provided concerning gear / classes etc we will give advice on what to change to meet our expectations in an easy and cheap way too.

Type of Team/Game play: Endgame-focused. We regularly do TA/XQ/Dailies. Since the team is small (currently ~8 active members), we don't really do private MPAs, unless we have enough people someday.

Other Information:
1) Main class/subclass should be at least 50/50, although new players are also encouraged. New players are exempted from rule 2 and 3, and we are glad to help should you not know anything/want help.
2) Units should be a proper set at the bare minimum and should be affixed
3) Weapons should be at least +20 and has 50 element, with the exception of 13s, and also should be affixed
4) Everyone in the team are in UTC+8, and expect some Malay in the chat, although everyone are proficient in English.
5) For Summoners, your pet must be properly geared. Send a screenshot upon applying.
6) Uncommon classes e.g. GuFo, RaFo, HuTe are strictly NOT allowed.
7) However, classes like TeRa/GuTe/BrGu are "acceptable under certain conditions"
8 ) If you need a PSO2Proxy, there's a "personal but some people use it as well" proxy, but the GChat is currently connected to a different IRC channel. EQ Notifications are also enabled.

Play how you want, if you feel pressured to play then you obviously aren’t having fun.

Honestly we are all just trying to laugh and have a good time and if you have something to bring to the conversation then do it! Starting one up is fine too, you might find you have similar interests to someone else in the team and that can only be a good thing for you. For time away, we have a team chat set up on Discord for keeping in touch while taking a break from PSO2 or just doing whatever!

• Helpful
We try to help each other as much as possible whether it’s joining someone on a quest or even tips on builds. Be aware that some are more knowledgeable on certain things than others so don’t feel discouraged if one person doesn’t have the answer. The right person will soon be brought to you.

• Progression
We don’t put pressure on others to do things, nor do we judge others’ gear, etc. That said, it’s always nice to see yourself improve and get more powerful equipment. Who doesn’t want to see their damage numbers get larger? If you want to hit harder difficulties and challenge yourself then by all means climb as high as you want.
