Hey guys, i just purchased some AC from pso2es just now, but somehow, my AC is not increasing while the transaction has been succeed.
Can someone help?

Wait a little while, and double check your bank account/credit card; if it charged but you still don't have the AC within the next couple of hours, you can contact Google and they will more than likely get you a refund.

Which device did you buy it from?

You didn't have PSO2 open when you did this, did you?

That's known to cause issues with AC transactions.

Oh hell, really? I've done AC with PSO2 open before, but luckily haven't hit any issues, that one's new to me... I'll keep that in mind.

Hi guys i'm back from the update, sorry for take long... it's been a messy day..


You didn't have PSO2 open when you did this, did you?

No i didn't open the game when i did the transaction


Well, after a few hours i tried to contact the developer (SEGA) from google play, telling them that my transaction is broken and something. Then they sent me an email telling me what to be done. I've done their instruction and this is the latest email they sent me just now.
