AC Not Added

I recently purchased 3000 AC from PSO2es and at the end my wifi hiccuped. I ended up not getting the AC but being charged for it. I sent in a ticket to sega regarding the problem with no response yet. Is there anything else I can do?

Ask Google Play for refund.

Restarting PSO2es worked for me whenever this happened. Might even have to restart your device.
