Gameguard Gone from Pso2Bin and pso2 not starting

I've downloaded the new Pso2 Tweaker and noticed that after several attempt at launching the game there was a message popping up saying that gameguard isn't starting up. So I went to the Pso2bin and notice that gameguard folder was gone. I can't launch Pso2 please help.

I would say try rebooting your system first then try it again, and if that doesn't work try launching from the official launcher. This will overwrite the English patches, but it should theoretically make GG redownload.
