Why tweaker forces auto install Auto-enabling PSO2Proxy plugin?

i just wanted to install the English patches and translation but it keeps force auto install proxy, i didnt enable proxy from plugins options

The plug-in save system broke sometime after the initial implementation in the Tweaker. Right now, you need to go in your PSO2_bin folder, open the Plugins folder and drag the unwanted plug-in in the Disabled folder manually.
